Sara Greco

Sara Greco is a leadership coach and founder of Lead Into It, where she partners with high-achieving and emerging leaders to help them see and step into their full potential. She works with leaders who are starting something new, sharpening their skills, or simply striving to become better humans along the way.

Sara brings years of experience across both the military and corporate worlds. She learned much of what she knows about leadership through her active-duty (and now Reserve) service in the U.S. Air Force, as well as during her time with an airline known for having a whole lot of heart. That blend of structure, service, and people-first culture shapes the way she coaches today.

She also hosts the Lead Into It podcast, where she shares practical tools, honest lessons, and real leadership stories from her own journey and from insightful guests. In addition, Sara has decades of experience in public affairs and communications, giving her a unique ability to help leaders think clearly, communicate intentionally, and navigate change with confidence.

Sara received her Coaching Certification from Fielding Graduate University, holds an MS in Journalism and Multimedia Arts from Clarion University, and a BA from Duquesne University. She currently lives in the Florida Panhandle with her rescue dog, Lila who keeps her humble and reminds her daily that leadership always starts at home.
