Jacqueline Policastro has spent her career in rooms where every word matters.
A former White House and Congressional correspondent turned communications executive and strategic advisor, Jacqueline is equal parts strategist, storyteller and operator. She helps leaders find the story, sharpen the message and move from strategy to execution, especially when the stakes are high and the timeline is tight.
For nearly 20 years, Jacqueline built the relationships, earned the access and secured interviews with presidents, vice presidents, world leaders, Cabinet officials, members of Congress and CEOs. She covered the White House, Congress, presidential campaigns and major national events, traveling overseas with the president.
That newsroom experience gave her an instinct that still drives her work today. Find the lead, cut through the jargon, anticipate the tough questions and never walk into the room unprepared.
Jacqueline later brought those instincts into executive leadership. She built and scaled two television news bureaus that provided content to more than 100 stations nationwide. She also led marketing and communications for the largest hotel association in the United States, representing 30,000 members and many of the world’s most recognizable hospitality brands.
Her leadership experience spans strategic communications, media relations, business development, digital and broadcast media, operations, change management, M&A, finance and people leadership. She knows how to develop the strategy, rally the right people around it and make sure the work actually gets done.
Jacqueline is at her best when the situation is complex, the pressure is real and the answer is not obvious. She sees around corners, translates complicated issues into messages people understand and prepares leaders to walk into high-stakes moments ready.
