Christine is known and loved for bringing structure to chaos, turning strategy into action, and asking for money without making it weird.
After 20 years of nonprofit leadership across fundraising, operations, and strategy, she’s taken the helm as Chief Operating Officer of the Claremont Institute, hailed as “the nerve center of the American right” by The New York Times.
Christine enjoys tackling a range of interesting challenges as the organization grows, finding innovative ways to scale and streamline processes, expand capacity, and align teams so that everyone stays on mission.
Previously, as Vice President of Development, she led all fundraising initiatives, securing major investments and building relationships with top donors and foundations nationwide. She held various development positions at FreedomWorks, Americans United for Life, and The Fund for American Studies, where she mastered the full scope of nonprofit fundraising.
Christine’s operational insights and fundraising acumen are a one-two punch that help FLEX’s clients get strategic and proactive, tear down silos, and unlock growth. She lives in Texas with her husband, their young son (who is very into Bluey), and the right amount of cats.
