Eligibility Criteria
Eligible organizations must:
- Be a registered 501(c)(3) organization
- Demonstrate financial and capacity needs
- Show alignment with FLEX's core values
- Have measurable goals and a defined project scope
- Provide a dedicated point of contact
- Participate in impact reporting and promotional opportunities
